Since we are the custom rug manufacturer we always make rugs from our buyers sent designs who are normally the designers, rug dealers and Showrooms around the world. Because there are thousands of designs which are copyrighted we Tibetan Weavers will not be in position to know all the designs and their owners.
While working with Tibetian weavers (P) Ltd you agree that It is your (orderer) responsibility to follow the copyright terms and condition, Tibetian Weavers (P) Ltd is not responsible if you order copyright designs. Orderer is sole responsible for Copyright infringement if they send us copyright designs for the reproduction of the rugs and carpets.
We never keep rugs in stock, we manufacture only after someone orders a rug, when buyers send us design, size, color and quality information plus the deposit, we start the production.
As a orderer you promise that you will never send us copying the designs from others, taking pictures of others rugs, Searching designs via search engines like Google, yahoo, Bing etc... The design you obtain could be the property of others which may lead to the legal actions.
As a orderer you are sole responsible for any copyright issue we may have due to the production of the rugs you have ordered.
