Our five steps ordering process is very simple
1. Design / Specification:
You can send us your design in a form of artwork, pictures, paintings, real world pictures or any other kind from which we can see and understand your design requirement. You can send us your design via email to tibetanweavers A T Gmail . com
2. Evaluation:
Once we evaluate your design and specification we will reply you back with a quotation.
3. Confirmation:
After you approve our quotation we will send you a Performa Invoice for 50% deposit of an Invoice value to start the production.
4. On Production:
Once we receive your deposit we will proceed to the production process. While your rug is on weaving process by our weavers we will keep on sending you pictures of your rug where you can see our master weavers crafting your rug.
5. Final Process:
When we finish your rug we will send you the final picture of your rug for your review. Once you feel everything is good and according to your order you may make a final balance, as soon as we receive the balance we will ship your rug which will take up to 5 days for arrival.
